Software Conversion

After a two-year search for the perfect fit, West Carteret Water Corporation began embarking on an all-inclusive, company-wide software update this past Spring. We are nearing the end of the conversion process with a new vendor and the upgrades will be implemented in two phases, both in November 2023 and January 2024. With this plan to be fully converted early next year, moving forward, there will be times that our staff will be working diligently to train on the multiple new systems while attempting to maintain excellent customer service to our members.
