A REQUEST FROM THE MANAGER BECAUSE WE CARE....

We would love to help you in person - but we cannot right now, unless there is an emergency! We truly would, but we need to keep our staff, their families, and YOU safe!

As employees, we are not lingering or sharing time with one another as a group. We are video-chatting and working as remote as possible. We have asked our staff to not only maintain an extended social distance away from one another (if they absolutely have to do that), but to increase that social distance substantially as well if approached by a customer. That is hard for them to do because they do not want to appear rude and they certainly do not want to ignore you. Trust me, they would rather help you at that very moment.

By protecting our employees, we are working for you - the member-user. We need to have them available to keep this system running in a manner to which you are accustomed. We need to maintain the quality of the water within the distribution system. They are all essential employees. Therefore, if you see one of our staff working throughout the system, please do not approach them. If you have questions, call our office and we will be happy to assist you. However, as the manager, I have requested to make on-site visits personally when it is absolutely necessary and that can be arranged by contacting our office.

In the meantime, stay home and wash your hands as frequently as you can while exercise social distancing. We want you to be safe!
