Hurricane Idalia

As we keep our eye on Idalia, we certainly are sending positive thoughts to Florida residents and everyone in the path of this newly declared hurricane. For our customers within the West Carteret Water Corporation service area, especially those in low-lying areas and with docks, in any storm condition, we encourage you to turn off your water if you leave your home or if Carteret County is not your full-time residence.
There is no service fee for WCWC to do that for you in storm conditions or any other emergency. Please call us at (252) 393-1515 to make those arrangements or email before noon on Friday to water@wcwc.biz.
Although it is our continued hope and prayer that you will not need it this season or anytime in the future, our website is available to offer you hurricane preparatory information.
